It’s protea season in NZ right now and as they are grown throughout the country the season finishes in October. Was delighted to receive this beautiful bunch from @feelgoodwithflowers this week 🙏 They remind me of my beautiful Mum. It’s her birthday today and these were one of her favourite flowers, especially growing up in South Africa where they grow in the wild there. When she and Dad built their first home they planted a protea tree and we often had these beautiful flowers decorating the house when I grew up.
