So many reasons to love Kate Sylvester’s opening night show at NZ Fashion Week. Firstly the collection, a mix of old and new, was so seamless with the integration that one could not tell old from new, which demonstrated the longevity of Kate Sylvester designs which are timeless. Secondly her NZ Fashion Week 2019 presentation Love Letters was a tribute to her parents love and inspired after she found a box of her parents love letters that were “beautiful, strong and true”.
