INCA officially opens tomorrow on the rooftop at Westfield Newmarket! @nicwattchef and Darren Johnson of @masurestaurant are the masterminds of INCA, which brings together the flavours of Peru with the spirit of South America showcasing Nikkei - Japanese-Peruvian cuisine.
